OND.me / Services & fees

Know the scope before you pay.

Submit a request without committing to paid research. We review the brief and propose the work, deliverables, expected timing and service fee by email. Research starts after agreement.

01 / Ways we can help

Compare existing options

You already have suppliers or quotes. We can organize their scope, identify missing costs and questions, and explain trade-offs. Tell us whether additional sourcing is needed.

Research and shortlist

For a defined need, we research suitable providers and aim for three or more relevant options, compare available pricing and provide a reasoned recommendation. Any shortage of suitable options is explained.

Complex or cross-border briefs

Multiple countries, languages, technical requirements or specialist services may need staged research. We agree the depth and contact work first. Implementation and ongoing coordination require a separate agreement.

02 / Your email proposal

Before work begins: the question to answer; countries and search boundaries; selection criteria and intended number of options; whether provider contact is included; report contents; expected delivery; fee, currency and payment arrangements; follow-up and revision scope. No fixed public package prices are currently listed.

03 / Clear expectations

If fewer than three options are suitable

Three or more is a research target, not a guarantee. We explain availability limits and unresolved gaps. Any extra search, changed scope, cancellation or refund arrangements must be agreed in the written proposal; this page does not promise an automatic refund.

Third-party costs and independence

Our research fee is separate from supplier purchases, subscriptions and professional service fees. Relevant supplier relationships or referral fees are disclosed. We do not guarantee the lowest market price, provider availability or a particular outcome.

Tell us what you need

Start with your goal, priorities, budget, country and any options you already have. We will clarify the brief by email.
